Make Your Own Strawberry Milk

Within minutes, you can have this quick and easy drink made before you head out the door.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (about 200 ml) skim milk
  • 1/4 cup (100g) strawberry pulp

*can be replaced with mashed/blended strawberries

Directions:

  1. In a blender (or with a spoon) mix all ingredients.
  2. Enjoy.
