Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup (150ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- Low calorie sweetener to taste
Directions:
- Mix well all ingredients.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Yields: 1 serving
