Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

All you need are the right ingredients and you can have this dessert in 2 hours or less.

Ingredients: 

  • 2/3 cup (150ml) unsweetened almond milk 
  • 4 tsp. cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds 
  • Low calorie sweetener to taste 

Directions: 

  1. Mix well all ingredients. 
  2. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. 

Yields: 1 serving 

Nutritional Information: 117kcal, 5g fat, 23g carbs, 14g sugar, 4g protein
