Long time User, first time reviewer

Been using Fitness buddy for years. It’s helped me expand my work outs when I haven’t felt inspired. It has a great selection of dynamic work outs that will add some pep to dull work out. Dig the social network aspect. If only to track my own progress. Check it out for free and end up subscribing like me. Favorite work out from app: Cuban Shoulder Press 🇨🇺
