With today’s busy schedules, we take vacations to rest and rejuvenate our minds, bodies, and souls. Most people consider skipping their workouts for a week as a way of resting their body and making their mind happy by eating and drinking whatever they choose. It is good to give your body a break every once in awhile; however, it is important to continue moving! The general excuse for skipping workouts while on vacation is that there is “no gym in the beachside condo” or “there is no equipment I am used to.” To develop or maintain a strong body, you do not have to partake in intense workouts everyday.
Chances are your vacation is at a place filled with beautiful scenery- why not take a daily walk in your beautiful surroundings? For the more ambitious souls, you only need four exercises to strengthen and maintain your body. These four exercises include; planks, push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks.
The exercises may not seem like a lot, but by doing different variations of each exercise, you can target different muscles each time. It’s as easy as that! These four exercises you can do anytime, anywhere to work up a sweat. Follow the simple workouts below to put these exercises to work!
