The holiday season seems to be the time of year we just don’t seem to have enough time to workout. And eating well? Forget about it!

Family obligations, travel, parties, end of the year work stresses...Our workout routine becomes our last priority! We just don’t have time to spend an hour at the gym.

That is why it is important to have quick workouts we can do at home with just our own bodyweight. Having these quick options we can do anywhere, can help us stay on track even if it isn’t the workout we’d usually do.

So when you’re short on time this holiday season, try one of these quick workouts! There is a 5, 10 and 15 minute option below to help you stay on track even when you travel.
