It’s called ‘speedy’ for good reason as this super quick and easy crawfish recipe is only 5 ingredients! Never had Louisiana crawfish? Think of it as a tiny lobster with that same tender tail meat. Serve over rice for one of our favorite healthy Cajun recipes. Try using brown rice to boost fiber for added nutrition.
